We will try our best to resolve the issues faced by our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our software we can provide a refund within 7 to 10 working days. It will be directly credited to their bank account. User have to write us a mail mentioning genuine reason along with order number and memo at dbmsonline2024@gmail.com.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
