Digital Bookkeeping Management System Online Software has been developed by Divya Prerak Kahaniyan Humanity Research Centre Trust. Its aim is to provide superior service and a unique experience at a minimal cost. There are many institutions, organizations in India which are still doing their office accounting and other related work on physical paper registers. Today's world is increasingly digital and the Government of India is also putting a lot of emphasis on digitalization. This is also very good because a large number of oxygen giving trees have to be cut for the manufacture of paper. Excessive deforestation will undoubtedly degrade our environment.
Another reason is that there are many small-scale low-income institutions, organizations who are unable to buy expensive software available in the market and during the annual audit they have to work hard to match cash book, ledger, receipt payment, profit loss and balance sheet. Keeping in mind the needs like proper maintenance of their records digitally, a very easy to operate AI-enabled software has been created at a very low cost. The Imagineer/Columnist of this software is Dr. Avishek Kumar who is from Jaihind Tendua village of Aurangabad district of Bihar. He is also the Chief Managing Director of DPKHRC Trust and a renowned writer and thinker.

History of Creation

DPKHRC Trust is authorized to conduct internships through AICTE of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Under which on 09/09/2024, a proposal for the creation of Digital Bookkeeping Management System Online Software was sent through ID INTERNSHIP_172589067466df00720cebc on the internship portal of All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), in which a total of 18 students had applied. After the application, everyone was invited for interview on 04/10/2024 and 09/10/2024. Ultimately, two individuals stood out for their exceptional contributions to this project. Shri Syed Furquan Faizy from Patna, Bihar, designed and developed the entire software, showcasing his expertise and dedication. Additionally, Smt. Rima Bachar from Kolkata, West Bengal, enhanced the project by creating the AI chatbot module integrated into the software. Together, their efforts brought this innovative solution to life.
The development of this software was greatly supported by the expertise of several professionals. Mr. Dharmendra Kumar, an Accountant with BRLPS Jeevika under the Bihar Government in Arwal district, provided valuable insights. Mr. Ashok Kumar Pandit, working as a Community Coordinator in Nasriganj Block of Rohtas District, contributed his practical knowledge. Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, a Chartered Accountant from Kolkata, offered crucial guidance on accounting principles. Their contributions were instrumental in ensuring the software's robust functionality and adherence to accounting standards.
The office accounting program of this software was completed on 13/11/2024. Currently, the work of rapid office record management, invoice creation, HR management, inventory management and supply chain management software development is going on in this software, which will soon be introduced to all of you at a very low price.

It should also be clearly known that whatever income is generated after the sale of the software will be spent on Social Services and Charitable works for establishing a new dimension for the welfare of Humanity.

Inauguration

The DBMS Online Software was launched on 01 December 2024 at the International Magadh Gaurav Samman ceremony held in Rajgir, Nalanda district, Bihar. The event was graced by several distinguished personalities, including Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Vice Chancellor of Nalanda Open University; Dr. Saurabh Pandey Ji Maharaj, Honorary Vice Chancellor of Dharadham International; Mahant Shri Sudhir Das Shastri Ji Maharaj of Ayodhya Dham; Bal Sadhvi Madhav Shwetima Priya Ji; Environmentalist Shri Mehta Nagendra Singh; Astrologer Shri Nandlal Mani Tripathi Ji; Smt. Manju Kashyap Ji, National President of Rashtriya Mahila Shakti Samuh Dal; and Shri Ehsan Ahmed Ji, Member of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council.
